To book a pitch please read the booking conditions carefully before choosing to book by post or online.

Booking Conditions
  • Deposit per pitch = full payment or £100  (whichever is least)
  • Deposits are required for each booking in Low/Mid and High Season.
  • All bookings  will require full payment (if less than £100)  
  • Any remaining balance will be invoiced approx 1 month prior to arrival date.
  • ​Deposits are refundable (a charge of £1 will apply) if 28 days notice of cancellation is provided.
  • Advanced bookings not taken for less than 3 nights in high season**
  • In high season booked pitches will be held until 5pm ONLY unless notified of late arrival.
  • Pitches must be vacated before 11am on day of departure.
  • Deposits are not refundable unless given 28 days notice of cancellation.
  • Please note we accept credit or debit cards over the phone for payment.
** Please note that if your booking is 2 nights or less, then it is likely that we will have availability if you call 24-48 hours prior to your chosen arrival date.
